As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we may experience some delays beyond normal in getting your packages out or completing returns to you within our estimated timelines.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

Orders are shipped by day in the order in which they are received. In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day and the standard time is 5-7 days until delivery. Some exceptions may apply. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. At this time, Wonder Space® does not ship internationally.

SHIPPING RATES: Standard Shipping

$0 — $25 is $5.50

$25 — $40 is $7.75

$40 — $50 is $9.50

$50 — $75 is $10.75

$75.00 and above is FREE*

​

  • The shipping rate is based on the Final Total (after promotional discounts and before taxes). 

  • Additional charges may apply for delivery addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • We are sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • Some items are shipped directly from a warehouse and Wonder Space does not have control over shipping cost.

*Free shipping is intended for standard residential orders. Large orders requiring multiple boxes or pallet shipping may require additional shipping charges. Additional charges may apply for orders that require freight (versus parcel) or are in excess of 2 parcel deliveries.

*Select items are ineligible for free shipping and may be subject to shipping and handling surcharges. Free Shipping over posted amount applies to non-surcharge items only. Surcharge items are not applicable to the free shipping cart total.

Arrival times are based on Carrier estimated ship time. Wonder Space® is not responsible for carrier delays by UPS, Federal Express or US Postal Service. Wonder Space is not responsible for any shipping delays after the package leaves our facilities. Wonder Space® is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.

Wonder Space® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by carrier (UPS, Federal Express or US Postal Service).

Wonder Space® is not responsible for the reshipping of product(s) when incorrect shipping information is provided. Please contact customer care right away when you notice the error. If it was already shipped, you will need to purchase the product again.

Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

With a valid receipt, online purchases may be returned to Wonder Space®. Returns are issued in the form of original payment.

​

All returns/exchanges must be within 30 days of their original purchase or delivered date. All mailed returns/exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original delivered date.

​

All refunds/exchanges must be in their new and original condition with any tags attached. Items that are not in new and original condition will not be refunded. Items with inventory unavailable for exchange will be refunded.

​

Exchanges are valid for same item purchases only.  All other exchange needs will be completed via return and a new purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Some Clearance (Sale) items may be final and not eligible for return. Items that are not eligible for return or exchange or marked as such in the item description. Clearance items purchased with additional promotional discounts are not eligible for return or exchange. Clearance items that are no longer featured on the site are not eligible for return or exchange.

Some Promotional items are subject to refund value only (calculated discount based on free items accompanying paid items.  For ex.  Buy two get one free)
