Kirsten is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with twenty years experience. I enjoy helping adults of all ages move through issues to gain greater satisfaction in relationships, including the most important—with oneself. My desire for a holistic, integrative approach to healing has lead me to study and incorporate other modalities that include NET(Neuro-Emotional Technique), Non-Violent Communication, Karuna Reiki; and PSYCH-K. I am a Certified BTB Feng Shui Consultant and a Certified Practitioner of Eden Energy Medicine (now Eden Method). I also provide treatment for issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, codependency to name a few.
